Terms of Use

You undertake not to: impersonate another, harass, threaten or harm; publish illegal, sexually explicit, violent or hateful content; upload sexual content involving minors (absolute prohibition); commit fraud, spam or unauthorized access; or infringe the rights of others. Violation may result in account restriction or suspension.

Content you create remains yours. You grant LIVO a limited, non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the service for purposes of operating it. You are responsible for content you upload and represent that you have the rights to do so.

Some features are paid. Payments and subscriptions are processed through an authorized external payment provider; we do not retain full credit card details. A tax invoice will be issued for each charge and sent to your email.

Automatic renewal: A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. It can be cancelled at any time through account settings; upon cancellation the recurring charge stops immediately and access is retained until the end of the paid period.

Cancellation right (recurring transaction): In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, a recurring transaction may be cancelled at any time, and may also be cancelled within 14 days of the joining date and a prorated refund received in accordance with law. The refund will be made to the original payment method.

Do not upload content that infringes on the copyright or intellectual property of others. If you are the rights holder and find infringing content, you can report it via the report button on the content or by contacting us; reports are handled manually and the infringing content will be removed. A user who repeatedly infringes on copyrights will have their account blocked. Liability for content and service operation is assessed according to applicable law; user upload or ownership claims do not automatically exempt one from securing rights. For the publication of musical works, the permissions selected by the creator during the upload and pre-publication review process also apply.

Some features use artificial intelligence models. Output may be inaccurate — do not rely on it as professional advice (legal, medical, financial). Responsibility for use of the output is yours.

LIVO's proximity features — people nearby, map, dating suggestions — operate only on the basis of your explicit consent, which can be given and withdrawn at any time in settings, under "who sees me". There is no obligation to share location to use the service.

What is exposed depends solely on your choice: complete hiding, name and photo only, or name and photo together with an approximate area and rounded distance. Even in the most expansive choice, the location displayed to other users is approximate only — the point is offset by at least 600 meters from the actual location, and we do not expose precise coordinates. Users who are not logged in do not see users at all.

Information about the location and presence of other users is displayed to you for your personal use only. You are prohibited from collecting it, storing it, cross-referencing it, transferring it to a third party, or using it to locate a person, track them or contact them against their will. Do not operate LIVO to broadcast another person's location without their consent. Violation is grounds for immediate suspension.

The displayed location is approximate and estimated only. Do not rely on it for safety, emergency or enforcement purposes. LIVO is not an emergency service.

Withdrawal of consent stops sharing immediately and deletes stored location records. We record the time of consent and the version of the document presented, in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981. Full details in the privacy policy.

The service is provided "as is" (AS-IS), without any warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIVO will not be liable for indirect, consequential or special damages arising from use of the service. You bear responsibility for interactions with other users, including in-person meetings.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or community guidelines. You may close your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the competent courts in Israel.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be published in the app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
